UK Vaping Products Duty (VPD)
From 1st October 2026, HM Revenue & Customs is introducing the nationwide Vaping Products Duty (VPD).
The new framework applies a flat excise duty of £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, whether it contains nicotine or not. Because standard 20% VAT applies on top of the duty, the retail cost impact adds £2.64 per 10ml to duty-paid liquids.
Existing eligible stock can continue to be sold during the Government's transition period (sell-through of existing pre-October stock is permitted until 1 April).
We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure the smoothest possible transition. While pre-duty stock remains available, our prices will remain at current rates.

Core Technology: The PULSE System and PHOTON Chip
At the heart of the XLIM Pro 3 lies OXVA's groundbreaking PULSE SYSTEM, their first implementation of this innovative technology, ensuring a stable and consistent flavour experience from your very first inhale to the last. This means you’ll enjoy over 80% taste stability even when the battery is as low as 20%, eliminating those frustrating weak draws as your charge depletes. Powering this consistent output is the INTELLIGENT PHOTON CHIP, which meticulously balances vapour production and flavour precision with high-frequency pulse technology for steady delivery. Complementing this, the included XLIM V3 Top-Fill pods incorporate UniTech 2.0 coil technology, designed to enhance wicking speed and extend coil life, ensuring every puff is as fresh and intense as the last.
Features & Power: Unrivalled Control and Endurance
The XLIM Pro 3 doesn't just deliver on flavour; it brings a suite of impressive features designed for a superior vaping experience. It boasts a powerful 1500mAh integrated battery, offering ample power for extended vaping sessions and is rated for up to 5 days of moderate use. When you do need to recharge, the 5V/2A Type-C fast charging ensures you're back to full power quickly, achieving an 80% charge in just 30 minutes. You'll stay in complete control with the vibrant 1.05" HD colour screen, which is 88% larger than the previous generation and 20% larger than many competitors, offering clear visibility of your wattage, battery life, coil resistance, and puff count, even in direct sunlight.
Crafted from a durable Zinc Alloy and PCTG construction, this device feels premium in hand while maintaining a compact size of 119.9 x 25.7 x 15.0mm and a mere weight of 77.4g. It offers a versatile output range of 5-30W, which can be adjusted manually or intelligently set by the device based on the installed pod. The kit comes with two 3ml (or 2ml for TPD regions) XLIM V3 Top-Fill pods: a 0.6Ω pod for a more restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) experience and a 0.8Ω pod for a satisfying mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, both easily refilled from the top without removing them from the device. An adjustable side airflow control slider allows you to fine-tune your draw, moving seamlessly from a tight MTL to a looser RDL. Plus, with both auto-draw and button activation, the XLIM Pro 3 caters to every preference.
The OXVA XLIM Pro 3 Pod Kit is perfect for vapers who demand consistent, rich flavour, long-lasting battery life, and intuitive control, all wrapped up in a beautifully designed, pocket-friendly device.
