UK Vaping Products Duty (VPD)
From 1st October 2026, HM Revenue & Customs is introducing the nationwide Vaping Products Duty (VPD).
The new framework applies a flat excise duty of £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, whether it contains nicotine or not. Because standard 20% VAT applies on top of the duty, the retail cost impact adds £2.64 per 10ml to duty-paid liquids.
Existing eligible stock can continue to be sold during the Government's transition period (sell-through of existing pre-October stock is permitted until 1 April).

What a NO SAINT pod pack is
These are the refills for the NO SAINT Vaporiser: two sealed 2ml pods of nicotine salt e-liquid at 18mg (1.8%), made for a smooth mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw. The pods arrive ready to vape — click one in, and when the flavour fades swap in the next. Nothing is filled by you and no coil is ever changed.
What is inside the pod
NO SAINT puts the difference in the pod, not the packaging. A ceramic element works with a smart heating algorithm that drives the vapour into a tighter particle range, so any given hit arrives in fewer puffs. The body is moulded from heated food-safe copolymer rather than the lower-grade plastics common to disposable vapes, which is what keeps the liquid clean through repeated heat-and-cool cycles. A gravity-fed wick keeps the supply steady, and PodID lets the Vaporiser read the pod and tune the temperature to it.
What NO SAINT leaves out
Three things you will not find in these pods: microplastic filler foam, a charred cotton wick, or a heavy-metal chimney. The e-liquid is a short, familiar list — propylene glycol, glycerol, nicotine benzoate salt and flavourings — blended as a nicotine salt, which lands softer on the throat than freebase at the same strength.
